Employment and Benefits
Graduates receive New York State Certification and are hired by home care agency partners. The compensation for HHAs starts at $15 per hour, with an annual median wage of around $28,000 in NYC. Health insurance is offered after three months of work, subject to a minimum of 100 hours per month.
